Bowling season over with and summer time just around the corner. Means camping, gardening, and much more fun!!!

Very busy time of the year, and it is getting ready to get a little more. Bowling is getting ready to start up at the end of the month. I am looking forward to it, and also dreading it as well. The extra expense each week and also required to be there each week, for the next 33 weeks. Although on the plus side, it is a great sport and we get to spend times with our friends. Two more weeks and the season is going to start! I need to get my secretary stuff ready to go since I am the league secretary.

So far this week the weather has been nice. I have got most of my garden tilled up. I just need to till a little more and it will be ready for planting.  I can not wait to get my plants in the ground to see how much fruit I can grow. I will start posting pictures of the garden starting tomorrow. Hopefully I can keep up with the pictures to show the daily progress of the garden.

Hello Fellow Freinds!

It has been a while since I posted any type of blog on here.. Been busy or relaxing since the tooth pulling thing.. I have been sore since I had my teeth removed. But it is slowly getting better, now they are only sore where I have stiches at. Tomorrow (Tuesday) I go back to work, I have been out since last Thrusday. It seems like a long time, but I kinda like the little break from work.

 Anyhow, I will try to write up a post later tonight on something, or have Loni write something.

Well the picnic kept me busy this week/weekend. Had a blast.. Or a big wind storm that blew our tent setup for our bingo stand, half way off… As you see below.

For starters, Friday night, we have everything setup for the picnic ready to play some bingo, until mother nature came about with 65+ mph winds, and blew our tent off around 4:30pm (Bingo starts at 7pm). Shortly after that we had a call for a power line down in front of Amoco. We respond to that while our tent was still half way off. We was on scene for about 20 minutes then get called out to matual aid call for Grantfork, field fire. We got out there and we got the fire out, and in the mean time we got our brush truck stuck.. While getting it unstuck, I got covered in mud. Got back to town, no time to clean up. Started bingo. Come to find out our communitee came up and helped put the tent back to normal while all the fire fighters was out on calls. Very nice of the communitee to come up and help out. Friday night ended up being a good night after that short storm came through.

Saturday started out about the same way, however no calls after the storms. We got the tent setup back to normal. I tell you though, we all was joking around while holding the tent down from the storm. We thought we was in Deadilest Catch. Wind blowing pulling us off the ground while holding on the tent. It was a very intense moment, but I think very fun. It ended up raining delaying the parade. But after the parade, the rain quite and people started showing up to enjoy the picnic we put on. It ended up being a good night!

Today at work, I took 65 calls, that is the most I have ever taken since I started (1 1/2 ago). On a busy day I would normally take 50; on a slow day 35-40. Very busy today at work, however it really didnt seem that bad. It just shows how understaff we are right now on the phones. Hopefully tomorrow will be a good day!

Tomorrow will start a long week/weekend for us. It is our firemens picnic this week, and we will be setting up tomorrow, and having bingo on friday and saturday night. It should be fun, but it will be a long weekend, hopefully we can have more fun than stress. We will see. Hope to see you there!

I love you sweet heart!

Right now it is 4:09am, Got back from Matt & Amanda’s house. We enjoyed a night out by a little fire, and we roasted some hot dogs, and made some SMORS. Sat around and had a good night drinking a few beers, and enjoying ourselfs.

Today

We started the day out waking up around 11:30am after a long fun night on the forth. Got up, then about an hour later I had a fire call to a camper on fire. Turned out to be minor and was on scene for about 30 minutes inspecting the fire to make sure it was out. Got home, took a shower and we was trying to decide what to do for the day. So we texted Matt and Amanda to see what they was doing for the night.  They had nothing planned and we then decided to head down to there house and have a night out with them.   . Then we head down to the book store  so Loni could pick up a book. She got her book then we was on our way to Matt and Amanda’s house. There we decided to roast some hotdogs, and make SMORS.

The main reason why I started this blog was to say how much I love you Loni!

We had a great time at today at our forth of July party. More details tomorrow after I get rest!
